Will’s First Day at CCC

Will started preschool today at CCC. I was really excited about him going – I think it will be great to help him learn sharing, taking turns and socializing with other kids his age. He actually cried this morning! He has NEVER cried when I’ve left him anywhere before. But I think it was because he wanted to push the strollers in the hallway instead of going into his classroom! But, I’ll just pretend it was because he didn’t want me to leave him :)

His teachers said that he had a really great day. That is always good to hear! He had fun playing on the playground, seeing the train and finger painting. He also ate all of his snack and lunch plus some extra pretzels. Yay! Today was a short day but Thursday is the first full day so we’ll see how the napping at school works for him.

And of course we had to get some “first day of school” pictures this morning!

So excited about school and his lunch box!

Is it lunch time yet?!?!

He looks so big in these pictures! He also looks sleepy. It was SO GOOD to see all of you. Will is one of the cutest little boys I’ve ever seen and keeps getting cuter every time I see him. It will be fun to follow his progress here on your blog. I know we are in for some great stories as school progresses!

He was sleepy! I had to wake him up at 8:00 this morning so we wouldn’t be late. I also had to wake PA up at 8 but I’m sure she went back to bed as soon as we left :)

He’s soooo precious. That lunch box looks like he could carry a 7-sourse meal in it. It reminds me of the ones your Uncle David used to take.
