Every Two Weeks

I am to the point where I am going to the doctor every two weeks now. These last 10 weeks or so are going to fly by! I’m not ready yet and Bill’s still fixing the nursery to perfection :)

Everything is still going great with Baby Will. His hearbeat is good and is growing as he should. I asked if I would have to have my iron level checked again but the doctor said I was good if I just kept taking the extra iron supplement until delivery. They recommend extra iron if something in your blood test was below 35 and I was 34.8! So, nothing to worry about.

Big development on the job front. Bill and I have decided that I am going to stay home and take care of Will. At least for the first year! I was really right in the middle of being hired full time at church when we decided it was doable and best if I didn’t work. We might all go crazy being at home all day but I think we’ll survive and probably have a good time.

The neighbors are really going to think we’re bums now! We already joke that they think Bill is a bum because his poor, pregnant wife leaves for work every morning and he stays at home in his pj’s all day :) Eh, we don’t care what they think – it probably makes for good neighborhood gossip.

That’s about all there is for now. I wish we had another ultrasound to show but we haven’t had one since the anatomy scan at 20 weeks! I’m sure Will is huge compared to how big he was 8 weeks ago!

Yay! That is so cool that you are going to stay home with Will and your bum husband :)! I hope you enjoy your time with both of them! How exciting…only 10 more weeks!

What a chance of a lifetime! Good that Will can have the attention daily from Mom and Dad!!! Todays problems are that children can’t have the attention of one parent! Two loving parents can’t be a bad thing for this little fellow.
Take care and let me know if Bill needs a new pair of PJ’s!! Think of the money saved on clothing alone!! Good luck on the next few weeks. Can’t wait!!

I canot begin to tell you how thrilled I am that you have decided to stay home with Will for a while. I was so burdened when you said you were on 2 daycare waiting lists yet, I didn’t say anything because I know people have to do it all the time….but Will is my grandson!!!!! I love you and am so proud of you. You and Bill will be great parents!

I am so happy that you will be able to stay home for Will’s 1st year. You will never regret it I know. I only worked part time and it was still difficult. Wonderful decision!!!
